  • Load lifters is a 40-45minute weight training program where the basic objective is to try and beat the clock each effort.
  • You will work at your own pace in small groups where every ones aim is to try and  get your target repetitions within the time allocated using a series of both basic but fantastic whole body exercises.
  • Can be as intense as you make it. The results are there for the taking!
  • Loads of fun… Loadlifters!
